The Manifesto was accepted unanimously. It was made clear, that the Manifesto also serves as a "Mission Statement" for the Club, which needs to be updated continuously, i.e. it's a "living document". Thanks was expressed to all those who have contributed to this paper. Expectation is, that on the basis of this Manifesto, all future substantial contributions, such as expected form the Scientific Advisory group, will be developed.
