Ambassadors
Nominations of "Ambassadors" and initiation of the Assembly of Ambassadors
The following persons in the sequence in time of their acceptance, have been identified to become "Ambassadors" for their respective nation or region:
- Susan Alexander for Luxembourg
- Marcos Cavalcanti for Brasil (the "Portugesse America")
- Rudolf Tomasz for Poland
- Pirjo Stahle for Finland
- David O'Donnell for Ireland
- Ulf Petrusson for Sweden
- Tim Hoad for UK
- José María Viedma for Spain
- Prof. Hanado for Japan
- Giovanni Schiuma for Italy
- Ante Pulic for Croatia
- Reidar Nordby Jr. for Norway
- Daniel Andriessen for Holland
- Stig Ehnbom for NZ and, preliminary, for Australia
- Günter Koch for Central Europe (= Austria, Hungary and Slovakia)
- F. Javier Carrillo for the Spanish Americas and Mexico in specific
- Waltraut Ritter for Hong Kong
Pending and to be covered as important regions: USA / Canada, South America (different Spanish speaking), India, Korea
Those nominated will be contacted by the General Secretary and asked,
- if they confirm to accept this function; if yes, this means that each one accepting automatically will be authorised to be the Ambassador for the region denounced and
- providing to the Ambassadors this report as a starting document for their work, which is: representing the club and its interest in their respective territory and to initiate that the club's program and services are instantiated in their respective region.
For the time being, each Ambassador has a free hand to organise for his/her community. A set of obligations will be communicated to him / her by the General Secretary, the intention of which is to safeguard the image and the quality of services provided by the Ambassadors in the name of the Club.
